Mission
The EP Scavenger Hunt is more than a competition for prizes. It is a community-wide initiative designed to connect participants with resources, opportunities, businesses, nonprofits, and support systems that help people thrive.
Through engaging challenges, community exploration, and meaningful connections, participants will discover strengths, identify areas for growth, and gain access to organizations and services that can support long-term success.

ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to individuals who:
Complete the official registration process
Sign the Participant Waiver and Release Forms
Join the official communication platform
Agree to follow all scavenger hunt rules and guidelines
Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
GENERAL RULES
Participants must complete all required registration steps before earning points or qualifying for prizes.
Participants must act respectfully toward businesses, nonprofits, volunteers, sponsors, and fellow participants.
Trespassing, vandalism, harassment, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity will result in immediate disqualification.
Organizers reserve the right to verify challenge completion before awarding points or prizes.
All decisions made by organizers are final.
Participants must be present to claim prizes unless otherwise approved by organizers.
Some challenges may have limited-time opportunities and bonus rewards.
Random surprise prize drops may occur throughout the month.
Participants are encouraged to engage, network, and learn from community partners while completing challenges.
HOW TO WIN
Participants earn clues, rewards, and entries by completing weekly challenges.
The more challenges completed, the more opportunities participants will have to:

REGISTRATION & THRIVE LIGHTS ASSESSMENT
June 1 – June 7
Objective
The focus of Week 1 is qualification and self-discovery.
Participants must complete all onboarding requirements to officially enter the scavenger hunt.
Required Tasks
Participants must:
✓ Register on the official website
✓ Sign the liability waiver
✓ Join the official communication list
✓ Complete the Thrive Lights Assessment
About the Thrive Lights Assessment
The Thrive Lights Assessment helps participants identify areas of life where support, growth, and opportunities may be beneficial.
Assessment Categories:
🔴 RED LIGHT
Areas requiring immediate attention and support.🟡 YELLOW LIGHT
Areas where improvement and growth opportunities exist.🟢 GREEN LIGHT
Areas where participants are currently thriving.The purpose of the assessment is not to judge participants but to provide awareness and connect them with valuable community resources.
Week 1 Bonus Opportunities
Participants who complete the Thrive Lights Assessment may receive:
Bonus points

Invitations to bonus reward events
Surprise Reward Drops
Throughout Week 1, participants may receive random text messages directing them to specific locations where surprise rewards, giveaways, or bonus clues can be claimed.

June 8 – June 14
Objective
Participants will engage with local nonprofit organizations and learn about services available within the community.
Week 2 Challenges May Include
Visiting nonprofit partner locations
Attending nonprofit events
Completing educational activities
Learning about available community resources
Volunteering opportunities
Completing nonprofit scavenger missions
Bonus Opportunities
Participants may earn additional points for:
Attending workshops
Participating in volunteer activities
Sharing nonprofit resources with others
Completing nonprofit partner challenges

This week helps participants discover resources that may directly address needs identified through the Thrive Lights Assessment.

June 15 – June 21
Objective
Support local businesses while discovering products, services, and opportunities throughout the community.
Support local. Make a purchase. Unlock a clue.
Every purchase at a participating local business gets you one step closer to solving the challenge and earning rewards. Not only are you having fun, you’re helping strengthen our local economy and supporting the businesses that make our community unique.
